ISTANBUL, Oct 13 (Bernama-Anadolu) -- The Saudi-led coalition supporting Yemen's internationally recognised government said Tuesday it will soon issue an evacuation warning to civilians in the country's Houthi-held capital Sanaa, ahead of a planned military operation, Anadolu Ajansi (AA) reported.
Coalition spokesman Turki al-Maliki said in a statement on X that civilians will be instructed to evacuate to allow the coalition to carry out a “precision operation.”
He did not specify the location or provide further details about the nature or timing of the operation.
The announcement comes amid renewed tensions between the coalition and Yemen's Houthi group.
