KUALA LUMPUR, Oct 9 (Bernama) -- The government will give a Special Financial Aid of RM1,500 to 1.3 million civil servants on Gred Utama B and below, including those on contract appointments under Budget 2027.
Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim, who announced this when tabling the budget in the Dewan Rakyat today, said more than one million government pensioners, including pensionable and non-pensionable veterans, would receive RM750.
The Finance Minister said the payments would be made in two instalments, before Aidilfitri and in conjunction with the 70th National Day.
