KUALA LUMPUR, Sept 30 (Bernama) -- Malaysia’s Community Telco, redONE Mobile has introduced The ONE Prepaid, a new offering aimed at providing Malaysians with a straightforward, flexible and more rewarding prepaid experience.
In a statement today, redONE noted that the new prepaid adopts a “no-nonsense” approach, giving customers a simple way to stay connected while providing more opportunities to earn rewards beyond their mobile usage.
"The MORE Data and MORE Value proposition comes into play through the range of options available, while the experience becomes MORE REWARDING through the redONE Prepaid App.
"Customers can earn redCOINS and redeem them for rewards and vouchers, with special draws providing further opportunities to win bigger rewards," the statement said.
The offering is particularly suited to the youth segment, especially students looking for a no-commitment entry point to mobile connectivity, while its range of options allows customers to choose according to their usage rather than being locked into a single proposition.
redONE said the new prepaid offering starts with an RM8 starter pack featuring a free 1 gigabyte (GB) activation bonus and free RM5 credit, with port-in customers also receiving RM5 free credit monthly for six months.
Customers get access to fast 5G coverage nationwide and can choose from a range of mobile internet (MI) plans based on their needs.
The ONE25 MI plan offers 180GB at RM25 for 30 days, while other options range from RM3 for daily use to RM38 for a yearly plan, giving customers greater flexibility based on their usage.
“The ONE Prepaid also gives customers a pathway to explore more with redONE Mobile. Customers who upgrade to a redONE Postpaid plan after six months will receive a FREE 5G phone, giving them an added benefit when their connectivity needs evolve,” it said.

The ONE Prepaid is now available at all redONE Mobile stores including partner stores and prepaid dealers while more information is available at redONEMobile.com.my.
