GEORGE TOWN, Sept 1 (Bernama) -- Police are seeking a 34-year-old man to assist in a trial at the Penang High Court here this week.
Southwest District Police Chief ACP Anuwal Ab Wahab said Abu Ubaidah Jamalludin is required to appear at the court at 9 am for the proceedings slated to take place on Sept 4.
“His last known address is Desa Pinang 1, Lebuh Sungai Pinang 1. He is a witness in a trial under Section 14(a) of the Sexual Offences Against Children Act 2017,” he said in a statement today.
Anuwal urged Abu Ubaidah or anyone with information on his whereabouts to contact Insp Norazean Baharin at 019-441 5166 or the nearest police station.
