KUALA LUMPUR, Aug 24 (Bernama) -- Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim wants the government's delivery and communication aspects to be continuously strengthened.
In a Facebook post, Anwar, who is also the Minister of Finance, said this step is crucial to ensure that every policy, effort, and reform implemented by the government is understood and its benefits felt by the people.
"This was among the matters emphasised while chairing a Special Meeting of the Prime Minister with Ministry Secretary-Generals and Heads of Service this afternoon.
"This periodic meeting aims to examine the strengthening of governance and the implementation of reforms within the government administration," he said.
Also present at the meeting was Chief Secretary to the Government Tan Sri Shamsul Azri Abu Bakar.
