MAKKAH, Aug 17 (Bernama-SPA) -- Saudi Arabia’s Haj and Umrah Ministry has begun a series of preparatory meetings with Haj affairs offices from more than 75 countries worldwide ahead of the 1448 AH Haj season.
According to Saudi Press Agency (SPA), the meetings are part of early planning efforts to enhance coordination and readiness and facilitate the journey of pilgrims.
The meetings address preparations for the upcoming season and review the operational plans of Haj affairs offices.
They also cover key instructions and regulations governing Haj operations, while discussing the offices’ requirements and responding to their inquiries to help complete arrangements according to approved timelines.
The ministry said the meetings are part of early preparations for Hajj 1448 AH, in line with the leadership’s directives to mobilise all available resources to serve pilgrims and facilitate their journey.
The preparations also support the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030 and the Pilgrim Experience Programme by strengthening coordination with Haj affairs offices and relevant authorities, raising readiness levels, and improving service quality.
These efforts aim to enable Haj pilgrims to perform their rituals with ease and peace of mind while enriching their spiritual experience.
