KUALA LUMPUR, Oct 20 (Bernama) -- The FTSE Bursa Malaysia KLCI (FBM KLCI) futures contracts on Bursa Malaysia Derivatives were traded higher in the early session today, tracking the cash market performance.
At 9.45 am, the October 2026, November 2026 and December 2026 contracts gained 7.0 points to 1,595.5, 1,595.0 and 1,600.5, respectively, while the March 2027 contract advanced 8.0 points to 1,585.0.
Turnover stood at 2,399 lots, while open interest totalled 41,937 contracts.
After 45 minutes of trading, the FBM KLCI increased by 6.09 points to 1,601.84 from Monday’s close of 1,595.75.
