KUALA LUMPUR, Oct 15 (Bernama) -- OE EduGroup (OE) has unveiled a transformation plan to evolve from an “entrepreneurial education platform” into an “Asian entrepreneurial ecosystem” in conjunction with its 10th anniversary.

The plan was announced at the recent OE EduGroup CEO Alumni Summit at Nexus Bangsar, which brought together nearly 1,000 participants, including CEO alumni, entrepreneurs, mentors and members of the business community, to celebrate the milestone.

OE chairman Datuk Dr Calvin Khiu said the transformation aimed to provide more comprehensive support for business growth, covering team development, sales capabilities, branding, access to industry resources, capital planning and business succession.

“As OE marks its 10th anniversary, it is officially evolving from an entrepreneurial education platform into an Asian entrepreneurial ecosystem,” he said in a statement today.

He said OE would adopt the concept of “One Ecosystem, Five Growth Systems” as the foundation of its future development, with the aim of helping entrepreneurs build more structured, competitive and sustainable businesses.

The five systems focus on education, branding, industry, capital and succession, encompassing leadership development, brand strengthening, business network expansion, access to capital and the cultivation of a new generation of business leaders.

“A practical learning approach also enables entrepreneurs to apply knowledge in areas such as team management, sales, marketing and business operations, thereby reducing the company’s reliance on the individual capabilities of the owner,” he said.

Through learning programmes, mentorship and business networking, OE aims to help entrepreneurs move from individual-dependent operations towards team-based capabilities and establish systems that support sustained business growth.

The summit also featured insights from alumni across various industries and the launch of a new book, Triple Win Mindset, which highlights the principle of creating shared value for businesses, their partners and the community.

In conjunction with the anniversary, OE introduced a recognition programme worth a total of RM2 million for its alumni and the entrepreneurial community. The programme includes an initiative called the “10th Anniversary Appreciation Mystery Box”.

The celebration also featured the launch of a special 10th-anniversary video, a cake-cutting ceremony and insights shared by Calvin.

Looking ahead, OE plans to develop the “OE ASIA HUB”, a platform designed to connect entrepreneurs with strategic partners, facilitate resource sharing and cross-industry collaboration, and create business opportunities across Asia.

The initiative aims to help entrepreneurs address business challenges collectively while building long-term competitiveness through stronger networks and a more robust support ecosystem.
