KUALA LUMPUR, Oct 8 (Bernama) -- The passing of Rumpun Silat Sarawak (RSS) president Muhammad Haneef Ali today is a great loss to the martial art fraternity, said Deputy Prime Minister Datuk Seri Fadillah Yusof.
