SEPANG, Oct 4 (Bernama) -- National Moto3 ace Muhammad Hakim Danish Ramli mounted a strong recovery to finish 13th after starting from 21st on the grid at the Japanese Grand Prix (GP) today.
The 19-year-old AEON Credit-MT Helmets-MSI rider completed the race at the Motegi Circuit in 33 minutes and 6.817 seconds (s).
Liquid Moly Dynavolt Intact GP’s David Almansa stood atop the podium after clocking 32:45.544s, followed by CFMoto Gaviota Aspar Team’s Maximo Quiles (32:45.590s) and Red Bull KTM Ajo’s Alvaro Carpe (32:48.282s).
With his 13th placing, Muhammad Hakim Danish thus collected four points to move up to seventh in the championship standings with a total of 105 points.
Quiles remains at the top of the Moto3 standings with 326 points, followed by Almansa (199 points) and Carpe (191 points).
