KUALA LUMPUR, Oct 1 (Bernama) -- Amanah Hartanah Bumiputera (AHB) has maintained its income distribution at five sen per unit for the financial year ended Sept 30, 2026 (FY2026), benefiting over 82,000 unitholders.
Pelaburan Hartanah Bhd (PHB), together with its fund manager, PHB Asset Management Bhd (PHBAM), said the final income distribution for the six months ended Sept 30, 2026, comprises 2.1 sen per unit, with an additional bonus distribution of 0.4 sen per unit declared by PHB as the fund's sponsor.
"The bonus distribution will be applied to the first 1,000,000 units held by each unitholder. Including the interim income distribution of 2.5 sen per unit declared in April 2026, AHB’s total income distribution for the financial year ended FY2026 amounts to five sen per unit," the statement said.
PHB said RM120.13 million will be distributed in the final round, bringing the total annual payout to RM236.41 million.
PHB group managing director Mazuki Abdullah @ Muhammad said the full-year income distribution reflects AHB’s continued resilience and the strength of its underlying property portfolio, supported by PHB’s disciplined approach to asset and investment management.
“AHB’s performance this year reaffirms our commitment to deliver competitive returns to our unitholders. At the same time, we remain focused on strengthening AHB as an investment avenue for bumiputera investors through prudent capital management, active portfolio optimisation and strategic growth," he said.
Meanwhile, PHBAM chief executive officer Zulkifli Ishak said the fund manager remains focused on managing AHB responsibly while ensuring the fund continues to serve as an accessible investment option for bumiputera investors.
PHB said income distribution will be paid in the form of AHB units, credited directly into unitholders' AHB accounts by Oct 13, 2026 and automatically reinvested, allowing unitholders to increase their unit holdings and potentially benefit from the long-term compounding effect.
"Bumiputera investors who wish to subscribe to AHB may do so at a fixed price of RM1 per unit, with a minimum investment of RM100 and a maximum of RM1 million.
"Subscriptions are available through the respective branches of authorised distributors nationwide, namely, Malayan Banking Bhd, AmBank Bhd, AmBank Islamic Bhd, Bank Islam Malaysia Bhd, and Bank Kerjasama Rakyat Malaysia Bhd," it said.
