Police Seek Help To Find Two Missing Teens In Hulu Kelang, Ukay Perdana

KUALA LUMPUR, July 7 (Bernama) -- Police are seeking the public’s assistance to locate a 14-year-old boy who has been reported missing from Taman Permata, Hulu Kelang, Selangor.

Ampang Jaya police chief ACP Khairul Anuar Khalid said the teenager, N. Barath, was last seen at 7 pm on Sunday (July 5) when he took his mother’s pet dog out for a walk.

“At 8 pm, after realising that the boy had not returned home, his mother started to look for him. She later found the dog tied to a tree by the roadside near their house, but the boy was nowhere to be found,” he said in a statement today.

Khairul Anuar said the boy is 155 centimetres tall, weighs 62 kilogrammes, has a dark complexion and black hair, and was last seen wearing black jeans and a blue T-shirt.

He urged those with information on the boy to contact Sgt Mohd Saiful Shahfuzi Mohd Radzi at 019-3202055.

In a separate statement, Khairul Anuar said police are also seeking the public’s help in locating a 17-year-old girl, Qaseh Atika Mohd Naim, who was reported missing in Ukay Perdana, Ampang, Selangor, on Sunday (July 5).

He said the victim’s mother lodged a report after realising the teenager was not at home at about 8 pm, adding that she was also told by school authorities that her daughter also did not attend school yesterday.

Khairul Anuar said Qaseh Atika is about 157cm tall, weighs 45kg, has a slim build, and has a medium brown complexion.

He urged those with information about the teenage girl to contact Insp Nur Faizah Mohd Anuar at 017-3422804.
