Saudi Ministry Steps Up Umrah Guidance In Makkah Hotels
MAKKAH, July 4 (Bernama-SPA) -- Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Dawah and Guidance has stepped up its awareness and guidance programmes in hotel prayer rooms surrounding the Grand Mosque for the start of the 1448 AH Umrah season, Saudi Press Agency (SPA) reported.
The programmes aim to provide essential religious guidance to pilgrims within their residential areas during the summer vacation period.
The campaign offers multilingual lectures and religious lessons after daily prayers.
These sessions explain the correct rulings on Umrah, cover the proper etiquette for visiting the Grand Mosque, and provide direct answers to pilgrims’ inquiries to help them perform their rituals with ease.
To expand its reach and improve service quality in line with Saudi Vision 2030, the ministry has integrated electronic screens into these prayer areas to continuously broadcast educational and guidance materials in several languages, keeping vital messages accessible to all visitors.
